Would listening to sleeping angel be good for attempting wild technique of lucid dreaming

Sleeping Angel makes people sleep better , so maybe it would help you not to wake up

Hey but it might make you sleep before you start to realize what state of sleep you're in which you need to know for going lucid easily...

Hey I tried it... It made wild technique pretty hard cause when it drops to (I think) delta its kind of K.O.

But I managed to make mild technique work..
It was exactly like every lucid dream but it was actually much longer than usual.. Also I didn't have problems keeping myself asleep.. So its useful only for very experienced lucid dreamers..

I think you should try mild.. Only problem is that its hard to remember to keep testing... But if u make a note on the back of your hand it should help...

They are good for meditation, and meditation is good for lucid dreaming. I use it and really enjoy it, even if i dont have a LD that night.
