Which is the best dose to study?

Post by Cuore70 »

Hello I'm a student that is sensibilized to caffeine and a little bit to nicotine so I'm searching for the best dose to memorize lots of texts (I'm a med student)
I have tryed with doses like energizer, french roast (It didn't make me anything) and ritalin (boost of energy but when it decrease all you want is to sleep)

So which one of the list is the best:

-Adderall, Student, Brain +, Ritalin? There are others who work better? Thanks for reading me :D

I would recommend not using any medication for studying. Try to study by highlighting important information and try to create tables with parent topics and keywords.

I'm more of a caffeine guy usually (I even started using tablets of the pure stuff), but I might give NZT a try for the rougher times.
