Does the CD work better then the program? It has the "ambient sounds" that are supposed to help you so I guess it would help but does it really?

The CD works similar to the application doses. The ambient sounds make the dose a little easier to listen to, but still as effective.

Why don't you guys put the ambient sounds on the application? Like maybe when you buy it in the store you could choose with or without ambient?
