weird situation - any explanations?

alright i've already made a topic about it, but i think there's now some new points of view on the way of using i-doser; and i think there's more and more people who succeed with the doses, who will be able to help me understand.


So i'm using i-doser since... like 8 months... before going to sleep, i often put my headphones and start listening to a dose. I try to follow the tips that i've read here, but here is my problem:


i've had no effects from any dose but lucid dreams. I don't understand why that one works so good, and all the other ones don't make anything. I think I am in the same state of mind while dosing lucid dreams or any other dose, so i really don't understand what's happening...


Anyone could help me to understand the situation?

If you've ever done the drug you're testing out, you'd know what to look for. A lot of drugs are very subtle.

It's possible that you're in the percentage that the dose just doesn't work for

try doing it when you are not so tired... say if you go to bed usually at 11 try this around 9
