yup shrimpy i know your problem, i suffer from ADHD myself which makes it very hard for me to get into trance and it also wakes me up from my trips (once i woke up from laughing because i did astral and suddenly found myself in a kebab shop... i expected something incredible like outer space but i ended up in a kebab shop and that made me laugh)

If it helps, i have ADD. I have the same problem guys. I just try to follow these tips, as well as create other aids. And i seem to get by. At first Idoser was really hard for me, as i suffered from distractions, and i would pop out of the trance finally when i got into one, because i would get excited that i was tripping. But yea Ive just gotten my mind soo used to idoser, that now, its almost impossible for me to start thinking about random stuff because if i do, my thoughts become soo screwed up and i have some pretty fricken wierd effects. Ive gotten to the point where my thought froze in my mind, and for a second or two i started freaking out thinking "ahh get it out! get it out!" but then i reallize that im thinking about how i want to eject that frozen thought from my mind, and then i pop back in to reality. Idoser gets pretty intense when you get good at it.

Keep practicing 8) i promise its worth it!

Thanks for the tips!
I am relieved to know that it took you 2 months for Idoser to affect you. I've been using it for 1 month and I am starting to get effects from many doses (not fully, but it's a start). You encouraged me to keep practising.

help plz

I've been doing I-Doser for about 2 weeks now but not everyday.

I've done MarijuanaQH, which made me shake a little for 5 minutes but nothing more,
French Roast which i think, "after listening to these sounds for five mins i'm bound to wake up"
I tried CocaineQH which gave my body a tingling feeling (i think; my legs were a bit numb anyway) so overall not much success.

I follow all of these tips, except i found on forum that you should concentrate on the pink noise; maybe you should edit that in

But if you concentrate on the counting ur talking about, then ur not concentrating on the sound, so are you sure that will still work if you just "let it through you" wihout concentrating on it??
Also, am i okay to start with QuickHits, or should i only move onto them once i get the full doses to work?

I think it's best to try first the full doses and then go to QH, because they are more intense so your brain has less time to adjust.
But it won't do no harm to try QH 8)

QHs can't really compaire to the full doses. Most of them atleast. Trip QH and some others can be compaired to their full doses.

pffft you really dont need to go through all this crap to get an I-doser to work you just have to pay attention and not have sound distractions. Hell I can dose outside with my laptop and still get the effects. Im pretty sure OP wants to make the noobs look like idiots.

A lot of these tips actually helped me. Its not easy for everyone to get these to work. Definitely those with ADD such as myself.

I have ADD. Paying attention to I-Doser is easy. Then again my ADD isn't as bad since I've started smoking pot again.

i have a question. when you say sit in your bed to get the effects, can you like get up and move? (ie alcohol) can you get up and move to see if you fall over? or for another ie nitrous, can you get up and move?

Yes, You can get up and walk around after a dose. Alchohol made me stumble out of bed a little. Probably because I was sore.
