1. Cannabis indica/sativa are BOTH used for medical use. Saying one is used recreationally and one medically is just wrong. Based on your script, you may wan't different things. If you are looking for an analgesic effect, you may wan't indica, if you have depresssion/anxiety, you wan't sativa. You can't say what works best for everyone.

2. Hemp is cannabis indica/sativa. There is no species called "cannabis hemp" And while we're being frank: even though the scientific name is "cannabis" its all hemp. Whether its clothing, or you're smoking it, its hemp. No difference. The PARTS they use in what most people think "hemp" is are low THC, high CBD. So you can't get high off of it.

im lookign to buy a plant . i can choose between 4 strains:

1 Hofmann & Wasson strain
2 "Palatable" Blosser strain
3 Salvia divinorum "Luna" strain
4 "Cerro Quemado" strain

which is the best in terms of strength or are they all equal depending on growing conditions?

The most common strains are the Hofmann and Wasson ones.

ill vote yes for salvia, i would like to try that out again
