ffuuuucckkk... I cant fucking sleep from popping a pill in the morning... I just popped a valium will that make me sleep

Valium is in the benzo's class with Xanax.
Also Valium is meant for sleep.

Also Valium is meant for sleep.
It is meant for anxiety, but also can cause drowsiness and lethargy, which is why I occasionally use it as a sleep aid. I have never used it recreationaly though.

nah one wont make you sleep unless you are in bed trying to sleep.. I took a xanax not too long ago and im still alert.. my anxiety attack just went away.. and it's a benzodiapazine (tranquilizer) that does sound like it'l knock you out but if it's a normal dose it wont knock you out... it will just leave you calmer and a better mood, maybe even more sociable.
So in other words, one can help you sleep.. but not make you sleep.. now a 30MG dose more than likely would make you sleep.
