While listening to dose you have to cover your eyes with something and lie on the bed for comfort and covering eyes for rid of distractions... I really don't understand your questions so sorry if i got it wrong...

I tried.
Did as we were told. First I have the entire body was cold.
Then eroded legs. I felt like falling asleep but not asleep.
It was a condition

Then there was the memory+
Now I actually heard something like a waterfall.
I submitted it. but there's a problem.
In parallel with it, as if my brain is thinking simultaneously about another
I have both waterfall and my problems in his personal life and stuff.
It is ok?

Second question: after taking a dose, I couldn't get out of bed. I wanted to sleep, dizzy.
An hour later, I got up.
But I felt nothing ...
As if that was not ...
I have the same laziness to the teachings.
It is ok?

So from what I gathered you are struggling with getting doses to work and you want to improve your life style. You dont even need doses to fix these problems. I suffered from short term memory loss when I had two consecutive heatstrokes while serving in the armed forces. But a daily planner or even a note book and keep it with you or near you. Write down dates, times, things you want to remember, do it constantly and you will reach a point that just cause you wrote it down you will remember it. After that you wont even need to write it down and your memory will be significantly improved.

Secondly you should meditate. Someone may have linked it already http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10307 or you may have seen it already but refer to it for meditation. Its got good information for beginners. Start meditating and reflecting on the day. Find a calm quiet place that is comfortable and meditate, begin to clear your mind. Void any thoughts that may enter, be quiet and enter a state of solice. Daily meditation can improve your mind and bring energy. Advanced meditation can even help you get over illness and disease. I have been meditating for some time now and my live has improved.

Use meditation too to help overcome problems. Get rid of all your fears, ignore your problems and get rid of them, then bring them in one by one and break them down to gain a clear solution, write these solutions down so you dont forget them. You can conquer anything if you have the right attitude toward it. That attitude is that you can get through it.

You mentioned the bitrate of your computers audio card. I wrote about it here on this forum but I forget where I said it at so I will recap it.

Follow these steps to change it to the right one. (If you are using a windows PC)
Click the start menu
Click Control Panel
Click Sound
Click the audio device you are using to dose (Usually headphones)
Click the Advanced tab
In the drop down menu select the highest (Studio Quality) setting. Mine is 24bit 192000hrtz.
Click Apply

This will set up your computer for optimal dosing.

To dose you need to be able to meditate. People say concentrate on this and concentrate on that and in reality that is their method of meditation. Pick what works best for you, the method that works for most people is to clear your mind. Think of nothing at all. Hear the dose but dont listen. Slide into your subconscious. Eventually the dose will take grasp. You will start to feel the effects. At this point it is ok to think but keep it at a minimal level. Your brain is synced with the dose and when the dose changes so will your brain.

Now keep in mind comfort is key too. Get the room to a comfortable temp. Put a blindfold on to reduce the light to your eyes. Turn the volume to a loud comfortable volume. Make the room dark. Unplug appliances that give off light. Make sure your neighbors arent going to be mowing the lawn. Make sure people arent going to barge in on you. Sit in a chair or lay in bed and relax. Let the dose consume you.

How much time to meditate?
Meditate while listening to music?
Just sit in meditation and wait or try to do something?
How to understand the phrase "Your brain is synced with the dose and when the dose changes so will your brain."


Still like to ask a very important question.

Guys, this is not possible. At the time of the adoption of the dose my thoughts do not give peace! They prevent the adoption of dose! Although the effect of the dose my body feels. It becomes heavy. But the thoughts!! They are annoying!

Meditate for as long as you need hun. Listen to very very soft music like ambient if you have music while meditating.

To rephrase that line.

When the brain adopts the frequency of the dose it is easier for the brain to change with the dose.

Damn, still not clear)

Meditation I kinda realized

I have problem with my thoughts. Lying down before taking a dose of my brain are absolutely calm. But as soon as I start to listen to the dose, I instantly start to think and ponder about all in a row. It is annoying!

And a personal request. You would not have a clear plan of action for the day. IE in what order do I take the dose and what. To me this is very important! Thank you

I apologize for taking so long to reply. I really am sorry. The best routine for a good dosing is just keep relaxed. Dont watch action movies, Dont play sports. Just keep your mind at peace before you dose.
