Get some kratom while you're at it. I've never tried any, but it's supposed to be a legal opiate high. Whatever kind you get, take 1.5-2 times the amount recommended on the package. Kava isn't amazing, but it's nice and relaxing and if you took enough you could get pretty high. Can't OD on it, either. You can't OD on kratom either, but if you take too much its supposed to make you nauseous.

Well, I suppose if you let yourself, you could get addicted to anything that you enjoy. I've never heard of a kratom addict, though.

if you wanna try dxm start with a low dose.
buy the cough syrup that has the ONLY active ingrediant as 'dextromethorphan' anything else in the active ingredient list will make you puke
i'd start off with a dose of 250mg then wait a few weeks and try some higher ones, but this is just me personally...if you really want to feel it try 500mg, but be very careful because people react differently...you can panic, which could lead to a heart attack...so just make sure you have a buddy and a good setting, like listening to music or watching a movie...

^Talking about milligrams when talking about DXM is 100% useless. DXM is completely weight dependent.

a friend of mine said that DXM is totally shite... i sent an email to you that explains that he is almost the 'Ness' of my school... but he knows much less...
very well, why do you have to try the following week? cant i go sipping the syrup until i start getting effects? or maybe if it doesnt work, say, today, maybe i can try tommorrow?

About one third of people who try DXM like it. One third doesn't actively dislike, but don't particularly like it, and the last third don't like it. You don't HAVE to wait a week or two, but from a harm reduction standpoint that is what is best. In the DXM FAQ, it give the mg/kg for the different plateaus. If you have never taken DXM before (taking as directed is counted as having taken it) start with about twice the recommended dose. If you feel dizzy from that, DXM is not for you. A small percentage of people have a deficiency in the liver enzyme that metabolizes DXM, meaning that a recreational dose would severely damage or kill them.

im talking about milligrams because that is the easiest way to do it and it is about weight, the higher the mg the higher weight the person has to be.

The visual effects are slightly similar. Obviously it has none of the physical and cognitive effects.
