After using i-doser for a while, all I can say is that it's had a net-positive effect on me. I'm calmer and much more focused.
Also, you have to be careful about those fears. They can get out of hand and snowball. Before long, you're freaking yourself out over nothing.

I recently purchased the daily simulations pack, which contains brain+, antisad, inspire and confidence. I have used binaural beats before and meditated extensively, so its pretty easy for me to switch off and let my brain go for the ride.
the only one i have used so far is confidence, and it kind of freaked me out. I'm in sales, so i thought i'd try it out before i went to work, see if it made a difference. i got it from itunes, so anybody who says that the files aren't big enough to contain voice tracks is simply wrong, a 15 minute audio file is about 29 mb. there were definitely voices, not the entire way through but came in after a few minutes when things got intense. there were parts where i couldn't identify what they were saying, but i'm pretty sure i heard the word 'cut' in there. after that the voices became clearer, and i could clear as day hear commentary from a cricket match. talking about bowling, the bails and the wickets, all that kinda stuff. then it went into more indistinguishable voices but it was completely different from when they were talking about cricket.
Has anybody else listened to this dose? i will listen to it again either tonight or tomorrow to confirm what i heard, but to say that there aren't voices in this particular dose i think is ludicrous, they are clear as day! why it is impossible to find out from the creators what these voices are saying seems strange to me. and why the f*** they are talking about cricket in a dose that is supposed to inspire confidence seems even stranger.

If you have MP3s or CDs then yeah there might be voices in some. But the files you open with the I-Doser application on the PC, have NO voices, sound fx, or anything else embedded in them.
