Best Dose For Running?

Hi. I have a question about the doses that affect athletic performance. I am going to run a mile tomorrow, and I will be graded for the time I run. So which dose should I use?
P.S: Please don't recommend cocaine.

I am gonna say this as a runner. I feel as though its cheating to use an I-Dose to run faster or longer. Running is all mental. I had some time in the military and I ran 11 minute 2 miles right below my captains 9 min 2 miles. He did that with full gear on too. Running is 100% mental in every way. Your legs will hurt but keep pushing. Don't look down. A mile is nothing at all to run. I used to run 10 miles every morning. If you really need an I dose I recommend picking any of the stimulants. However for running good old fashion music will do. Get psyched, get angry. Imagine that when you run every step you take gets you closer to getting your revenge. After the run though drink water, stretch, cool down and then listen to some Content I-Dose. It will keep you cool and calm and just relaxed after the run.

But which is better HGH, or JuiceIT? Because I will have only one chance. And one more question, how long their effects last? I will start running 30 minutes after I listen to the dose.
