Methods of Use. Write yours and Rate

I see a lot of people out there struggling to get their dosing to work. I have been thinking about writing this thread for a while now but I haven't seen a real want for it until moments ago I was asked for my personal methods.
My preparation:
-Making my bed
-Taking off any discomforting clothing
-Getting the room to a good temp
-Going to the bathroom
-Eating so not hungry
-Turning off the lights
-Deep breathing exercises
My equipment:
-Astro A40 Gaming headset without the mixamp or boon mic attached.
-iPod Nano G6 loaded with Mp3 versions of my doses.
-Bandana folded in half then made into a headband with two folds. (5 inches wide)
-Twilight Sparkle Plush
-Hoodies 2-3
I fold by bandana so much it has creases in it now and folds pretty flat. I like the wide band for comfort and blocks out more light like aviators as apposed to sports glasses. The twilight sparkle plush is my companion and I need to feel secure and have something to hold onto while I dose. The hoodies are great because they keep you warm so you can have a cool breeze wafting over your face but not get cold. The hoods also double as neck support if you roll them up.
Now when I actually listen to the dose I make sure to keep a calm rhythm to my breathing. I follow the dose with my eyes to help keep myself from thinking. Like a tennis match watching the ball go back and forth. I try to follow the wave from one ear to the other. I pet twilight so as to prevent anxiety or panic because I dont like the dark too much. Its easier to have her with me. I get as comfortable as possible. If you have to move, move slow.
Comfort for me is a loose Tshirt with no bra. Boxers and sweat pants a size to big. My hoodies properly put on so there aren't wrinkles in the sleeves to distract me. Sometimes I even put a towel on the chair just for added cushiness. When I put my feet on the bed I keep the pillow under my knees to keep them slightly bent. I love the apartment to be cold so I drop the heater and open the door. Wear clean clothes and keep your body clean to prevent itches. If you have longer hair tie it back so it doesn't brush your face.
Overall I would rate this method a 8/10 because I know it doesn't compare to sitting in a lazy boy couch I used to have which was so comfortable you could sit for hours and not move an inch. If I didn't know a more comfortable seat I would rate it a perfect 10.
Lets hear your methods.
