Equalizer setting on I-pod?

Hi, if we have "equalizer" setting on i-pod, is it effect to dose? or what we must do?

on itunes highlight all your doses and select get info and hit yes. then go through the tabs and find equalizer settings. set your doses to none so you dont have to worry about it. if you can though install an optimized eq on your ipod designed for your headphones to get the best effect.

not using i-phone or expensive i-pods, non-colored i-pod with eq.

You can still do it but it requires a little hacking. But when I dose with my ipod my equalizer is off.
