LucidQH Goodmorning everyone, how was everyone's sleeps. Today I have done the LucidQH and all I got so far out of it was remembering quite vividly I was hanging with friends when a bee landed on my friend Angel's handx it stayed there for a few seconds then stung him, we all ran like mad in which my friend got caught by a human sized piece of net. As I untangled him, we were trying to find Angel, and that's about it. There was another dream that I remembered but, I forgot it typing this. Going to do it again tomorrow, hopefully, better results.

Is there a reason you did the Quick Hit rather than a full dose?

I like doing Quick Hits for some reason, maybe because it is shorter or something, or just the name

Hmmm perhaps your patience is a little lacking. I found it tough to start doing full doses cause of the time issue but I must say it was worth it when I did start using full doses. Not saying you should change or anything but thats how I feel

Well, that and I don't want ot get about 25 mins into a dose and have my friends ringing on my door bell, like last time.

Ouch yeah that sucks. I often get about 20 mins in and one of the dogs bark and it makes me feel sick to my stomach. It is so nerve wrecking when your inturepted. I wish you the best of luck with the QH doses then. I hope you can achieve full potential.

i did something like this earlier this week i made a long journal with 5days of lucid qh. you should try doing that then we compare results to see if binaural beats actually change brain waves to a certain type of dream.
