I noticed that a lot of you young Dosers are struggling with making your Doses work. My suspicion is that a lot of you dont know how to meditate and clear your mind. As IDoser already has a guide they kindly provide for us I will not be creating a whole in depth guide on how to Dose. But I do want to offer you all my advice.
Meditation isn't easy, especially if you have mental disabilities such as ADHD or ADD. It makes it very hard for one to concentrate. But bear with it because once you learn how to meditate your on your way to success. Meditation is not only a good way to unlocking the power of IDoser brand Binaural Beats but it promotes a healthier life style too.
While meditating you will likely find your stress and pains melt away. You will not be so worn out either. Meditation is an excellent way to rid your worldly problems and forget about it all for a moment. You will find peace in your mind and you will have a better outlook on life once you begin to understand.
First thing first though is preparation. You don't want to have anything to distracting you when you meditate. Turn off the Television and turn off the Radio. Make sure there aren't animals or kids that will be barging in on you and even other family members. If it helps turn on some soft ambient music. Go to the bathroom and make sure there is nothing on the stove. Make sure you put time aside for the purpose of meditation as well.
Find a neutral area where flashing lights or wind and things of that nature aren't going to bother you. The best way to begin developing meditation skills is to be seated in an upright position. You all have seen it, crossed legs and arms in front of the body.
When you find your meditation position you want to begin by clearing your mind except for one thing. A lot of people when meditation vocalize a very soft low hum. It regulates your breathing. So beginning with meditation just focus on your humming.
Pay attention to the way you breath as you are relearning to do so. Feel how your chest expands and collapses. Feel how your body rises and falls. Listen to the sound of your breathing. Don't think, just breath. When your breathing then becomes second nature then you are left with whatever your thinking about. In this case nothing at all. Your head should be clear.
When you are in this state you are susceptible to things like suggestion and influence. This is the perfect state of mind for when you are IDosing. Let the dose be your thoughts and relax. Let it carry you away into a world so far. I hope this bit of knowledge helps. And if you cant get it just keep trying, anyone can get it.

Should"n condition bring you, to that state og mind if you dont have experience in meditation? It was made for that right?

Condition is nothing more than an aid, you can not rely on condition alone to make a dose work. Me personally when I use condition it enhances the dose, it isn't what makes the dose work.

Have you tried Trip or Peyote yet? Those ones give me strong hallucinations. The Mobile App of Peyote/Cactus Buttons is really quite intense and if you have trouble with hallucinations as of yet I say give that one a try. If you have no mobile device you can get the same dose in MP3 format in the Recreational Stimulation 1 MP3 pack. I would also recommend Andrenochrome but that isn't so much visual or audio but mental hallucinations and it is quite frightening.

i have more luck with long drg files, i mostly get effect on those i'm not so interested in. I'v had mostly all the effects on the each dose description, but not any hallucations. I'm not gonna stop until i Get full effect of i-doser.

Just to clarify on this...When you meditate as the OP suggested, you are slowing the brainwave frequency down to the alpha and then eventually theta range.. There are doses already in I-doser for this..With experience, comes the ability to get deeper into your mind with greater ease... Happy Dosing

Haha thats not what I am saying at all. Yes you can achieve dream like states from meditation but that is not the intent of meditation to Dose. I wrote this guide to aid users in Dosing successfully. If someone cant clear their mind how are Alpha and Theta doses supposed to help. They wont. That is the soul purpose of my guide.

I woul like to point out that ADHD and ADD are NOT "mental illnesses". It's just the way a person'ss brain is wired. I should know because I have both. And yes concentration is rather dificult at times. Just thought I should point this out. No hard feelings!
(Thank you SO MUCH for this info! The thought had never crossed my mind to meditate before I-Dosing! Thanks!)
