Use the normal Orgasm dose, not the HQ. Longtime ago I used this dose, this dose is 50 mins but you'll get a super strong orgasm. I might try it again someday.

A very longtime ago I used the long version of it, I think its 50 mins. I felt some weird things, and later when the dose was almost over I had a real orgasm. It works, go for the long version.
