New to I-Doser, have some questions

I'm new to I-Doser, and I have some questions..
First of all, i'm using iPhone mobile software (doses are shorter), with the iPhone cheap ear-buds,
and it actually gives me not bad results.
I tried so far Lucid Dream, Sleeping Angle, Insomniac, Brain+, and Confidence.
All of them worked somewhat, except for Lucid Dream, which probably requires more practice..
I want to maximize the effects, should I buy a quality pair of ear-buds?
If so, which ones?
Another thing, should I buy the Condition dose? Does it really help you receiving the dose more openly?
Thanks in advance

If your earbuds have worked fine with the other doses, then there is no problem with them. You probably need more practice with certain doses, such as lucid dreaming.

Meditation is a very good way to get the effects of doses more faster, this post written by sadlittlepony may help you how to meditate: http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10307.

About the dose condition, I can tell you based on my own experience that it did help me in some doses to achieve their effects. So, if you want to, you can give it a try :D

Good job mexicandose! Everything mexicandose was true and I would like to elaborate on it some. Your earbuds, though they work, really suck. I have had three separate pairs of the iBuds that come with any apple product. They are screechy, they are uncomfortable, and the quality was just horrible. If they work for you chances you would have a much better time with some better headphones. Headphones that carry their bass range will work better because you can have them at a higher volume to get them comfortable before the screeching of the white noise pierces your ears.

Also you can practice your meditation at any time. You can enter a place of zen while riding the bus home from work even and when you can attain a state of peace your doses should work 100% of the time. When you dose just clear your mind and let the dose consume your mind and become your thoughts. Let it manipulate you.

The condition dose is highly recommended by me. For beginners it aids in receiving the dose more easily by turning your thoughts into mush so your able to receive the dose much easier. But beginners and advanced users report about 10% increase of dose effects.

If you like buds you can get some real high quality ones. As a general rule, the more they cost, the better they are. The ones that come free are pure garbage.

Condition works well but I've found Ephemerol to be the best conditioner, as the super high frequency gives your brain a real workout :)

Yesterday I tried Marijuana dose, (the full sequence dose - 45 mins)
with Earbuds I found at home - iHip IP-REP65 Retractable Stereo Earbuds:
http://www.amazon.com/iHip-IP-REP65-Ret ... 23&sr=8-18
I meditate before the dose, 10 mins of meditation.
20 first minutes of the dose it wasn't really something, but I kept on trying.
Something about 30 min, I suddenly felt my whole body moves, while i'm lying in bed.
I-Doser actually works for me, i'm just happy lol :D
Can you recommend me on some quality earbuds? I want to maximize the effects!
Thanks

I personally prefer headphones but thats a matter of comfort for you. I dont like ear buds because they either dont let sound leak or they make the skin in my ear hurt. But yes SkullCandy UpRocks work pretty good. But like I warned on that thread they are on the cheap end of the spectrum so dont be upset if they dont work.
