Any experiences on game enhancers?

I've been wondering if buying the game enhancers are really worth it. I've been mainly looking at the shooter dose for Modern Warfare 3. If any of you gamers/dosers that have used "First Person shooter" dose that got any good things out of it post it up.

ABSOLUTLY WORTH IT!

Yeah, it get you adrenaline, you do get a little mad or crazy, but my K/D ratio was 2-3 times better. I was on the top on scoreboard
