ADHD/ADD and effects on dosing

Alright everyone, since I've been dosing, when I use a energy dose and my pills for my ADHD have ended, I have a reversed effect and become very tired, grouchy, and easily angered, which I just found very annoying that I acting this way, when a thought came in my head, "Could my ADHD be reversing the effects of the dose, or am I doing something wrong?" now for some of you that don't know ADHD to well, ADHD causes the brain to not be able to produce enough dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin, thus causing the affect person to perform self-stimulating behaviors (hyperactivity, referred quite commonly to people without ADHD as "Craziness") now, I also learned that when trying to focus with ADHD that the brain goes down into a delta/theta brainwave, which isn't good when you are trying to focus on the dose, as it is a cycle. Is it just me or have other people with ADHD while off meds been able to get it to function properly?

Well personally I have Extreme Adult ADHD where people notice in daily life. It is really bad. But I have learned to control it if I want to control it. I don't take medication for it because they almost killed me once when prescribing me medical meth (methadone) It screwed me up bad. But I dont have a problem like you do. So it may be the pills?
