can anyone gives me a list with all the doses names and if the dose is for begginners, experts, etc. ?
i want to start with the begginners doses.

And you must consider if it is for beginner or not from description of that dose... There is also intensity (?) in brackets in description. I think best beginner doses are free doses, if you will feel minimum of effects then consider buying doses. There are also free doses you can get for subscribing to the news email. Thats where I got a few of mine
