I have been I-dosing for some time now, and the only dose that i have gotten possible legitimate results from was EcstasyQh. When i do this dose nothing happens to me for the entire dose, but when the dose is completely finished, and i have been been unmoving for about 20 seconds i feel an insane tingling begin in my legs and work it's way through my entire body getting stronger as it goes. i have had it get so strong that my eyes actually began to roll back into my head and started twitching uncontrollably. It feels amazing
Now this may seem like there is no problem, but i began to have doubts when i later realized that i can almost completely recreate this feeling without i-doser. It is extremely difficult for me to explain but if i tense up the right muscles in my lower body (not even remotely sure which ones) i begin to have the same effect, but not quite as strong. Is it possible that i was just doing this on accident after a dose one day, and all the meditation of listening to the dose just made it stronger, or is this the actual dose, and i just somehow remembered the feeling and am able to recreate it?
any ideas are welcome

i'd say the doses all have effects, but it varies from person and it is not the same every single time. i'd say the dose helped you achieve that feeling

well that's definitely encouraging, I will keep trying until I can get effects on everything.

Try others. I remember First Love was the first I felt something in. Not amazing vivid trances, but something.

i tried first love not too long ago, it just made me smile and happy, so you could say i had minor effects.

Then start to step it up, try A-Bomb, White Crosses, Cocaine QH... those are good ones that work for a majority of people.

Try A-Bomb first, the perfect for begginers... and only try Quick Hits when you can feel the effects for a complete dose...
