A few questions regarding dosing

I have a few problems regarding the use of idosers. I've been using them for a little while now going to great lengths to follow all of the tips (good headphones, laying down, eyes covered, counting down in head, etc etc) but still seem to have trouble achieving the effects of the doses. I'm not expecting anything insane from these doses, but I'll come out of them feeling no different at all.

My first question is one of focus. I understand that it's important to focus while dosing, almost as if meditating (if I understand it correctly). Having ADD I find this a bit hard sometimes, especially when dosing for 30 minutes at a time for those that aren't quick hits (and yes I've tried both). The current method I'm using is one where I count down from a large number (something over 700 usually). That seems to work alright, I'm just wondering if there's a better way to go about achieving a better focus? Or perhaps a way to go about thinking about nothing at all. Suggestions much appreciated.

My second question is regarding once you get into a trance. Here's where I think my main problem may be. From what I hear when you enter a trance of a dose it almost feels like you're falling asleep. Now my problem is I don't know if I'm actually falling asleep or entering a trance, so I often make a conscious effort to stay awake during the doses so as to experience them. Whether or not this can effect my focus or trance I'm not sure of, so any help here would also be much appreciated.

A final question is when doing multiple doses I'm aware that your brain frequency changes, so it often requires using Reset or CalmME. I heard that if a dose didn't really work the first time you could just reply it and try it again. When listening to the same dose multiple times in a row does it diminish the effects of it? Or improve them? Or neither?

Any help on any of these questions would make me a very happy man. Any other tips or ideas are always welcome too. Thanks for your time guys.

Sincerely,
A hopeful doser :D

I hope I'll help you at least a little bit... Sometimes i try to focus not on dose itself but just on that white noise, trying to extract white noise from that binaural beat. It's hard to explain but try just focus on that white noise in background of dose and think just about it, let it be your thought... Sometimes i imagine something that sounds like that. Some kind of waterfall or something. This method helped me alot while dosing.
Trance. When i enter that trance or whatever it is i get that floating spinning sensation, feel like i'm going back and forth, whole my bed is traveling somewhere... When i feel like that i know i'm in. Then it is easy, you just let dose control you and you're enjoying the effects ;) I can't answer you your third question because i didn't tried it yet. Sorry but i hope i helped you at least a little little bit.

Good suggestion for the focus, Ill have to try that next time I do a dose. I've tried imagining things with the binaural beats but never payed any real specific attention to the white noise, so I'll see if that helps at all. Thanks man.
