I know you can add MP3 overlay music, but does that negate some of the effect of the binaural?

If this function is included in program developed by I-Doser I'm 95% sure no... But i read that you shouldn't overlay dose by music with lyrics because of distraction caused by those lyrics...

Yup , Lyrics = Distraction because you need to think about something and you aren't totally focused on the dose.
If you want to add background music , i recommend you to use some kind of ambient sound instead of normal music since it distracts you

It includes loads of background looping sounds you can add to the .drg playing or use your own. Lyrics not recommended. Export to mp3 will export the audio of the .drg, not with your include music (for copyright reasons).

Get I-Doser Premium here (so worth it)

So, how exactly does the Music Enhancement rendering on premium work? Do the doses and songs have to play at the same volume or does one have to be louder? And CAN you have songs with lyrics, even though it's not recommended? How do you mix them together to make the song give you effects? Does the length of the song matter or does the long have to be as long as the dose? So, can anyone tell me all of the specs.? Thanks.

You can adjust the volume of the dose and the music also.

You can put there song with lyrics but it's not recommended because lyrics causes distraction (you actually think about them).

You just basically put there song you like and listen to it while dose is playing.

The length doesn't matter, you can play the song once or you can loop the song and it will be playing continuously until the dose ends.

You're welcome ;)

I like the doses with music because it adds a little bit of variable to the sound so your mind keeps its attention on the dose, so in theory I would have to say it works better.
