i was wonder what is the best setting on the idoser app on the ipod/iphone/ipad, i want to the best setting for the best idoser experiences.

What do you mean with the best setting ??

I think nekoboi is talking about the sound settings. If so, the best setting is that which you are comfortable with. As long as the beats are audible.

Try to keep medium sound, not too high and not too low. As you gain experience you will notice you might have to increase volume for some doses and decrease volume for some other doses.

ok thanks for answering ill try at medium level i had it above that like mid high bordering high and ill try different volumes to figure what works best for me as well
