Well every time that I dose i fall asleep even with hand of god , i cant stay awake for more than 10 minutes while dosing , the sound puts me in a sleepy mood and puff I fall asleep dose ends and i havent feel a thing. How do i avoid this ?

Only thing i can say is, just don't do it when you're tired. When i dose and I fall asleep, then i just take off my headphones, sleep and when i wake up i just play the dose. I'm sure that you won't fall asleep few minutes after you wake up. Try it out.

Yup , the morning is the best time to dose !!!

Any time before lunch and after your morning coffee is awesome for dosing. You arent distracted by thoughts or anything.

Well if you're sleepy then try a different dose, preferablly one that will work with your mood (Sleeping Angels). As I said before, what I find is that every time I get some source of "feeling tired" the dose will stop and continue in about a second. It's not recommended that you listen to a dose that's supposed to work you up when you are tired, especially when sleepy.

I usually dose at bedtime. What do you think it is the best dose ? the ones like sleeping angel , hibernate and lucid dreaming ?

i love to make CD's to listen too.. try and do these in this order: LucidQH , insomniac , astral QH . if you can afford all three get them and use them in that order... if you can only get on i recommend insomniac

i havnt yet... tried it one time though i did sleep like never before... i was out cold and woke up feeling great!

I was curious about trying a few while sleeping and ill try that order. you listen to it while you sleep or before you go to sleep? im new to this so idk if these are stupid question but i wanna learn how to dose well. thanks =) i tried the ambie one and woke up almost 8 hours later feeling well rested. i figured it wasnt a coincidence that i woke up 8 hours after falling asleep listening to the dose without an alarm or anything. it says plan on sleeping 7-8 hours. oh and also should you listen to it on loop? or just let it play through and stop

i just listen to once before i sleep... i stay up for the first one, lucid QH, then i try to sleep when i get to insomniac... and for added effect i added orgasm at the end
