Concentration Problem

I have a problem staying focused while listening because i have A.D.D. and none of the doses work for me. Is there anything I should try?
I'd reccommend taking some Med's for A.D.D. before the dose. Ha, try Dexies.
Dextroamphetamine(Dexies) I heard can be used as a treatment for A.D.H.D.. You could give it a shot.
