If your stoned in high school and your not carrying drugs or paraphernalia can they do anything?

No

These days a lot of schools have a zero tolerance policy. If you arrive stoned or drunk, even if you didn't get stoned or drunk on campus, it is still grounds for expulsion

If you are expelled for being stoned on I-Doser doses you have the right to sue the schools. You can sue them for the fact that they are forcing you to lose your education. Also if they expel you for listening to music that will be making a lot of people very angry. If you have a drug test done and breathalyzer and you are expelled with nothing in your system thats all the proof you need to sue

Oh well then there we have it. Yes being drunk or high of off sustenance can result in expulsion.

New Question* What can the school do if your pupils are dilated, any excuses?

Hmm how about an eye test? They give that liquid for dialating pupils.. Helps if you have glasses..

If you arrive stoned to your high school, they will most likely have a 'No Tolerance' policy and expulsion will be ensued. It's not a good idea.

Glasses contacts what ever they use a liquid to dialate your pupils in order to test them perfectly.. That's an excuse..
