um hey i don;t know if this will effect the dose but in my left ear i always have a ringing sounds it isn't loud but it comes and goes. would that effect the dose? i can hear out of it just fine and everything.

As long as you don't let it distract you when your meditating or whatever you do then, no probably not as long as it hears good.

Tinnitus? Don't worry it won't have an effect.., I have it too...

I have the same problem and I got used to it. Doesnt effect me at all.
