Do i doses work with ear-buds, if so what do you guys recommend that you own and get good results with?

I can recommend you skullcandy titans chrome (they are approved to be working) and i bought them yesterday and they do effect me well.

Oh and another tip... I don't know but the 5 minutes doses didn't work on me... for now i tried content (20min free dose) and it does a very nice effect..
