I find it harder to trance and meditate not noing the time left of my dose, will it ruin my dose if i stop to check the time. i caN GO BACK ANd trance prety esily i guess.

It will have a negative effect... You'll still get effects tho

I already developed a ticker so that every 5 minutes it makes a very soft beep in order to let me know where I'm at especially during a busy day it helps a lot. I only made it for PC and therefore mobile will not work. O love to program and this is the first of even basic scripting I've done in awhile. all release it once I make executible pack

I like that ticker idea! I just check the time if I get too fidgety :/ Sometimes you just need to know whats left yaknow D:

Do you know whats stupid? I programmed a ticker yet I could have made an mp3... But either way it can help if you want to add music to the dose and run the ticker at the same time. I cannot figure out how to make it so when you hit the play button it ties it to the ticker at the same time, I know it is only a few seconds off at the most but I am a perfectionist haha.

If you make the Mp3 you can run it with Idoserpremium I do that (: I lurk on websites for ambient soundfiles... Current favorite is a cat purring (: Its only a 15 second sound clip too but a cats purr is ridiculous (: <--- Try it. Makes my doses hit home!

Haha that is awesome. I love cats in fact we have a few kittens my cat had and after playing GreenQH I had an jrge to pet them for 30 minutes. I have to try that it sounds awesome.

I did a mini experiment this evening, I've got the mp3 versions of doses and as I kept hearing on the internet the mp3 versions are more for on the go, I thought I'd try pheromone while getting ready and putting on my makeup, it's the first time I've not listened to one while properly but worked surprisingly well, even though as I say I was doing other stuff at the time aswell. But with the drg versions and most mp3s I've tried they do work better if you try and zone out completely.
Btw, I'm guilty too of checking times, although its usually for the condition because I just want to get going with the actual dose and condition seems to last for ages

Yeah I've been dosing certain doses While on the subway, at school, doing homework or art etc Its really worked out for me so far, but I have to say I agree with you the mp3 files seem to work reaaaallly well and I assume its because the ambient sounds (: they tend to help you focus on the binaurals quite a bit more
