Sleeping angel, cold and poor sleep.

I have a pretty bad cold atm.. I found it very hard to sleep so I loaded up my phone with sleeping angel and went to bed.. Started it at 10 30 and found myself awake at 11.. Tried to sleep.. Couldn't.. Tried it again.. Eventually I kept waking up till about 1 when I finally fell asleep... Its 6 now and my physical body is terribly sleep deprived but mentally I feel completely awake.. I figure its sleeping angel that did it..

Hmm I'm used to sleepin bout 8 hours.. I've been havin insomnia on top of that...

I didnt get that,sleeping doses make you fall asleep wuile dosing or it reacts on you after some time?

It males you "sleepy" after the dose and you feel very comfortable from what i've read , i also have sleeping problems , i guess this could help later when i get this to work , by the way , what happened to SadLittlePony ??

When it works it usually knocks me out about 10 mins from the end... Dk bout sadlittlepony...
