Need help lucid dreaming

Hey I need help on how to lucid dream. I heard about it over a year ago and started trying a few months ago, any tips? Thanks

Read around on this forum.. There's a full blown tutorial.. If ur lazy look up "WILD" and "MILD" techniques for lucid dreaming..
