Theta: Where anything is possible

Hello, everyone. I have been into using binaural beats and meditating for some time now, but my favorite doses have always been the pure doses. I have probably listened to theta more times than every other dose in my library combined, and I feel that this dose and other pure doses are often neglected because they aren't drugs or unique experimental doses; however, I hope that with this post, you will all see that Theta's simplicity gives it a much larger scope of uses than any other dose out there.
In this post I am going to describe the many uses of theta. It's an incredibly powerful dose that is capable of so many things that many users are unaware of.
"But flippo, Theta isn't a drug. How could it possibly be useful for anything besides meditation?"
Well you see, theta is the frequency that is engaged during daydreaming, creative thinking, lucid dreams, and depending on who you ask, ESP, channeling, and astral projection. It is the brain's drawing board, where anything can be created, and then seen, but only as vividly as the user draws it.
"Okay, so I can get creative and come up with ideas. Where does the fun come in?"
That's more simple than you think. Theta's greatest potential comes from daydreaming. That's right, the same thing you did to pass the time in class as a child. Some people are capable of having very vivid daydreams, but more often than not, daydreams are blurry, vague, and difficult to appreciate; however, with enough practice, anyone can have daydreams that are as vivid as real life, but still very unique compared to physical reality. Experiences in daydreams can sometimes entail even more intense emotional and spiritual experiences than one may have in his/her own physical body. And therein lies the beauty of daydreams: With vivid enough imagery, you can feel those experiences in your physical body! You'll taste whatever food you imagine eating, feel the intense joy and thrill of flight, or even feel the unbridled passion of kissing the lover of your dreams. You'll be able to experience anything that you imagine, and nobody will be able to stand in the way of what you want, or even know about what your actions are. This may sound like a devious comment, but you know it's a good catch.
"Alright, so what do I do if my daydreams aren't vivid enough?"
The first, and most important step, is to learn to meditate. Meditate, meditate, meditate. I can't stress enough how important of a skill this is to possess when using any sort of i-Dose, especially since it's so easy to do. Simply sit or lie down, and start to breathe deeply, in through your nose, and very slowly out of your mouth. Imagine your breath travelling throughout your body as you exhale, starting at the feet, and ending at the head and face. Believe me, the more you do this, and the more faith you have in it working, the more relaxation you will gain from it.
Once you are relaxed, start to imagine your exhalation travelling into the spot on your forehead between your eyes. This area is known as the Ajna Chakra, or Third Eye, and it is represented physically by the pineal gland in the brain. Optionally, you can roll your eyes up to face your brain, but this may happen automatically.
Now imagine yourself in any simple setting: a beach, the woods, etc. While imagining this, try to see everything from a first person perspective. You are seeing through your own eyes. Now, take into account every sense and how the setting affects it. How does the ground feel on your feet? How does the air or breeze feel on your skin? Can you smell anything? Can you taste anything? Simply try to occupy each sense by imagining some sort of scenario where that sense is used. Keep this up, and try to work into more complexity. Try to perceive as many senses as you can at once while still keeping each sense clear and noticeable.
Think about as much detail as you can over everything in your daydream. Think about how your emotions will react to the scenario. While it may come off as a strange example, we'll use kissing someone. Obviously your sight and hearing may not be as involved, but your tactile, taste, and smell senses will be, especially tactile. The emotional response will in part come automatically, but this is where you really have to be comfortable with yourself and what you are daydreaming. You must think of your own emotional response to such a scenario. Ask yourself, "What would this mean to me in real life?" Try to understand why you are daydreaming your particular scenario. Whatever it is, from just relaxing in a meadow, to spending time with the love of your life, your subconscious has a concrete reason for why you picked that scenario. Take into account every emotion that you feel during any scenario, and don't forget how it feels when you stop daydreaming. With repeated practice, your daydreams can only become more vivid.
"Well that's pretty neat. Can I combine this technique with other doses, or feel whatever drug effect I want?"
Yes, but for more accurate effects, it has to be the effects of a dose or drug that you have felt before. You can always listen to a dose of your choice before theta, remembering the feeling of that dose. If you want to feel the effect of a real drug that you have done before, just visualize anything and everything that you would associate with that drug. Imagine yourself administering the drug in whatever way you do, taking into account how every object involved looks. Perhaps imagine yourself in a setting where you've done it the most. Imagine the feelings that the drug will entail, including your state of mind on that drug. Is your mind hyperactive, or relaxed? Are you focused, or does your mind wander? Simply think of every detail that you can about whatever feeling you are trying to experience.
"This is cool and all, but does it have any practical application in real life?"
Absolutely. Your mind is far more intelligent and powerful than you might think. If you are going through conflict, have the courage to face that conflict in a scenario in your mind, whether it's a similar scenario, or the very same one. Have your daydream entail interacting with people. What outcome do you want from the scenario? How will other people react? By doing this, you'll be amazed to find out what kind of answers your subconscious gives you in your daydream. Don't ever underestimate the power of daydreams, for they have been used since time immemorial to solve problems. You probably use them on a daily basis and don't even realize it!
It also goes without saying that these experiences can really help bring out your creativity. This process can help you find extra detail to add into drawings, writings, and even music and lyrics!
Anyway, I hope that this guide has been helpful. I really wanted to emphasize how pure doses, especially theta, can be used to have wondrous and enlightening experiences.
