How to listen to LucidQH?

The dose says to listen to it right before bed then hit the pillows. Does that mean I can turn my lights off, relax in bed, and read a book or something until it's over?

U don't seem to have used doses before... Don't use lucid qh 4 now go 4 the non qh dose.. And yea use it as a normal dose would be used and then go to sleep.. No book reading no dimmed lights.. Pitch darkness prefferably..
