Slow-Mo! (Dredd)

Dredd recently came out, showing a new fictional drug called 'Slow Mo' where takers feel as if time is going slower, how about that? Or have you made one that would work?

That would be so cool! And maybe even another dose that makes time seem to go fast.. I wonder if its possible

i tried speed but its not that cool
slow mo will be a great dose
