Is the dose supposed to be staticy????

Yes some of the waves are static like in most beginning almost to condition your brain to accept a full dose. The white noise should have a washing effect almost like you are floating in water and hearing the waves move from one side of your person to the other. If you to achieve a greater effect to to imagine yourself swaying to each individual motion of the noise, if it's a faster cycled white noise just sit back and roll your eyes a little bit and loosen your jaw. It always works for me.

I piggybacked doses for a while and ended up clenching all the time ):

I can't clench I had jaw surgery and haven't taken a pain pill since I've found I Doser. although they don't work as good some of the time that's a lot better to just deal with it then to have those in your system especially when I'm going into the National Guard. I'm hoping to go to meps as soon as possible and they have no idea of my medical problem which is good lol.
