Hello people,

This is my first post here.
I started using I-Doser yesterday, but I was wondering does it make any difference if you listen to the doses while feeling tired/sleepy

What had your experience taught you regarding this?

Most of the time I am tired when listening but instead of falling asleep I use it to my advantage by relaxing a little bit more. If you fall asleep you are not going to get effects unless it was a dose that is geared towards Lucid dreaming or sleep aiding. Just stay awake and if you don't fall asleep easily it won't effect the dose. It is different for everybody.

I tend to enjoy being sleepy before my Oxydose (: Something about already being in a state of deep relaxation & that Idose go hand in hand
