Hi guys, I need some help with a research I'm doing. I'm actually studying sound engineering and I'm doing a research about 2 specific binaural waves types in order to get graduated.

So I need info about wich frecuencies (in Hz) are commonly used for a binaural pattern which makes you happy, and for one who is a mood lifter that helps you to reduce stress.
