Hi,
I'm a beginner I-Doser. I've tried to dose quite a few times but keep freaking out after a bit and can't relax. I don't know if it's the sounds of the doses, or that my eyes are closed and can't hear so I'm unaware of what's happening around me.
Also, I find it hard to concentrate when I do manage to stay calm.
Has anybody else had this problem and if so, how did you overcome it?

Another underestimated fact when doing doses is the fact you can keep your eyes open. If you have them open but a blanket over your face so you cannot see anything around the effects are even greater, for me that is. Try the staring technique, meaning stair and concentrate at the area straight in front of your field of view while laying down. Try that our and see if it works plus using the same dose over and over again will make it work since your brain becomes more receptive. This will help you achieve effects but practice always makes for improvement!

Maybe try marijuana or a very small dose of benzo's
