Everything depends on how well relaxed you are. I don't think that there's a dose that has the longest effect

Lasted for me over 2 and 1/2 hours.

The longest I've ever had a dose last was about 40-45 minutes, from the dose Trip.

I think the demerol dose lasted as long as it said, over 3 hours till i went to sleep afterwards, thats for sure. It was niiice.

A-Bomb left me unable to walk or see straight for about an hour.
