I know that mp3 files are different and even less powerful than drg files.
Is this still the case if i export drg to mp3 through premium v5?

Not the same. The drug files you export through the premium app are nothing like the pre-made mp3 doses.

Yes, if you export the .drg file though the premium app you will get an mp3 of the .drg
