Hey,
if iDoser doesnt seem to be working for you, try this:

first, learn how to get into the doses. this means, you might visualize the tones, or just concentrate on them. try to figure out what works best for you, there are lots of threads about how to do it in the forum.

Then get the following doses and play them in the following order:

1.) Reset <- gets your brain into a neutral state
2.) Content <- gets you into a more open state
3.) A-Bomb <- a dose that seems to be working for most people

If it still doesnt work, try getting better headsets. you can find good ones on i-doser.com

Could you use condition instead of content? Also, do you need to reset if you haven't been dosing before?

I tried this but I used condition instead of reset because it's specifically designed for this sort of thing. Also I don't have content so I used serene as a substitute. Ironically content was the first free dose I ever got but when I lost my old computer hard drive it was lost as well.

No effect so far, I even tried a-bomb again and nothing. of course by this time I was pretty tired which may minimize effects.

I'm going to try condition before anesthesia again, so far it has given me the best results. not sure why others aren't working yet.

you could also try those upper-dosees, for me they seem to be the easiest. Like Adderall, Ritalin or NGZ.

something else that can help: learn about how bineural beats are working, if you understand them, it's much easier to get into the state.

Assume he meant condition, not reset.
