Upgraded App and purchased dose vanished?

I purchased the app and a the dose "Snow" on Feb 21. Subsequent to that, the App Store informed me there was an update for the iDoser app, so I downloaded it.
Nice app, love the new interface!

...one problem. The track I paid for is now locked out and it's asking if I want to purchase it again.
I don't _want_ to purchase it again!

Can I just e-mail someone in support a copy of my iTunes receipt and get this sorted out...?

Simple - go to the Information "I" Screen (button in the upper right hand corner of the app) and choose "Restore Purchases"

If you made a bad app store review because you didn't notice the restore button, then we ask you kinds re-review.

I have not been able to recover my purchases, I keep getting a "timeout" message. Any suggestions?

Timeout? Probably means you aren't connected to the network or not logged in with your app store account. You can try going to your Settings App / iTunes & App Store / and log out of of you Apple ID (or log in if you aren't logged in). Then verify you are on wifi and try to restore in the I-Doser App. Maybe reboot you phone also if you haven't in awhile.

First thank you for the quick reply.
I am sending this note from my first gen iPad over the network at my local Starbucks, so I am sure the problem is not being connected. I so have a slow connection in my home so I figured that the timeout might be caused by that. Thus I came to a place with a fast connection.
I also gave turning off the pad a shot. But that also did not work.
I have also verified my apple ID and password with a app purchase while here.

Any other suggestions?

Just go to re-purchase the doses you have already purchased and the app store will tell you that you have already purchased them and then unlock them for free if the restore purchase button doesn't work.

If you submitted a bad app store review because you couldn't restore, we ask to to kindly re-review.
