This is my first time buying a product from your website and after I downloaded it I couldn't get it to play. If I click on the file, it just says, "An unhandled exception detected. The program will be terminated." Somebody please help me!

When you place an order at our online store at http://www.idosersoftware.com you will receive an email with a link to your files. Save them from your web browser, unzip them, and play them with the Player Application. If you don't get the email quickly, be sure to check your spam folders.

If you are unable to download the file, please forward us your order email and we will email you the order as file attachments.

It is important that you actually extract the .drg from the .zip. Do not try to open the .drg from within the .zip file. To be sure, just cut or copy it out of the zip folder and place it somewhere else before you open it.

The .drg files are only playable in the computer application available for free download for Mac and Windows users. To download and install the I-Doser Player Application, please visit http://www.i-doser.com/download

Windows only: This is based on .Net framework. If you are having problems with the I-Doser Player Application (error messages or unable to play) please follow these instructions:

1. UNINSTALL I-Doser AND any earlier versions of I-Doser.
2. Install the Microsoft .net 4 framework. This is a free download from Microsoft available here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 86f32c0992
3. Download a copy of I-Doser Free or Premium available here: http://www.i-doser.com/download
4. Run installer and re-install I-Doser.

When you purchase an I-Doser .drg Dose File, it is licensed to just the computer you buy it on. If you attempt to copy this file to another computer, it will not run. Please purchase separate doses for separate computers.

MP3 packs are zipped (please see unzipping method above). If you placed an order for a physical CD, we will ship that from our distributer within 24 hours. Our CDs ship US or International standard mail.

Ah! I seemed to have forgotten to unzip the file first lolX3
It's working now so thank you very much. I bought the Acid dose and have tried it already to little avail. I will probably buy some better headphones as I'm pretty sure that's the problem with the low effectiveness. Anyway, thanks for the assistance!
