New User. Questions!

So I'm new to I-Doser, Ive listened to a few of the doses; Alcohol, DMT, and Datura. None have made any difference, except maybe with DMT, just looked like slight shadows moving in and out. Not sure what that was haha.
Anyway, my questions are;
How vivid are the hallucinations? I've read that DMT can completely fuck with your mind. Aliens, and out of body stuff. but I got nothing.
Will the vividness increase each time I listen to it?
And how do you prevent dozing off while dosing?
Thanks for the help in advance!

Hello, and welcome to the forum! You will start seeing better results the more you practice, and the more you practice, the easier it will become to use the I-Doser products. If you are having some trouble getting effects right away, try my method, the COUNT method. Its steps are as follows:
CONCENTRATE on the tones. This science is brain entrainment, and you will have a hard time getting results if you do not concentrate.
OPEN your mind by counting backwards from 1000. This may be the most important step. By counting backwards, you are putting yourself in a trance where your mind is most likely to be entrained. As the binaural frequencies rise, your minds brainwave frequency will also rise. the same happens when the frequencies drop. Wherever the binaural session goes, your mind will follow.
UTILIZE the natural. What I mean by this is to do what feels natural. You WILL feel it when you go into a trance. Do whatever it takes to stay there, whether it is to continue counting or to stop. Start feeling the effects, but do not take your attention away from the dose too much.
NEVER let anything startle you or pull you out from a trance. The things that might startle you the first few times when dosing are effects of the trip, the crackling sound of a select few of the doses (MarijuanaQH/GreenQH, Inhalant, adrenochrome, the fabled Gate of Hades, and a few others have a crackling effect. To not be as startled from these, try lowering the volume to a comfortable level), and worrying about the effects in anticipation. Remember, the only thing that could make I-Doser dangerous is to drive or do something reckless while under the influence of a session. If you absolutely need to drive, use reset really quick to eliminate all effects. Avoid all possibility of being startled, and make it part of your dosing routine to eliminate anything that could startle you.
TAKE some time after the session to feel the effects, and let your mind go wherever it wants to. Relax, take a breather, maybe drink a glass of water, and make the effects last as long as you can. Enjoy the legal effects and the science of binaural beats.
Combine this method with the EXPERIENCE method for greater results.
A WORD OF ADVICE. Start with the milder sessions before moving on to more potent sessions. The effects of mild sessions are easier to feel, and are a lot less likely to freak you out. Also, start with the full-length sessions before the quick-hits. Experiment with sessions that you would never even think about. you might find a favorite in something you never would have thought of. For instance, I decided to try some of the RX simulations, and Demerol is now one of my favorites. So is Capsaicin, which I found on the mobile app. remember, enter the dose with an open mind. Forget what the effects might be, and expect anything, but do not judge what the effects will be from a session just by the name. nobody experiences the same trip as everyone else.
As for how vivid the hallucinations will be, it is completely up to the user. They may be intense, or you may experience none at all. By counting backwards from 1000, you are killing two birds with one stone. Not only are you self-hypnotizing, you are also keeping your mind active enough to keep from dozing off and falling asleep.
Happy dosing!
Phil

Thank you for the reply Phil! I never thought of counting, so I'll be trying that next!
