I am new to this and i am planning to do trip tonight but is there someone who could give me an aproximatly duration of the dose after the sounds ended pls?

That differs per person.

It's based on how quickly your mind finds back it's normal frequency
and I guess you could (seriously) lengthen that period if you meditate
on it. For me on a opium dose it took about an hour before I was normal
again, you can also try the reset dose (although I REALLY think that one
should be free, you fuck us up, tgiving us a free ticket out would be
nice).
