Well i've got a lot of dosses and some work and others not, but i think it's cuz i can't hear all as equal, for example i've heard Trip must be heard with the eyes opened, I'm interested on knowing abot what each dose need, i can relax enought, it's not hard for me but i'd like to know about it before hearing some doses like Peyote, or DMT. (i say that cuz trip does nothing to me, and i've tried like 6 or 7 times)
And if you don't mind i'd like some tips from experienced users.

A general tip is to count back wards from 1000. personally i focus on the white noise and attempt to mentally hum the noise generated by the frequencies.
