Can't find the right dose for Breakthrough

Hello! I'm new to these forums and I just wanted a bit of advice.
I recently purchased a few doses and I understand the concept of how to administer the dose, but it simply isn't working for me. I have tried A-BOMB Twice, LSD, French roast, nitrous, lucid dream, peyote, trip, marijuanaQH, Adenochrome, White crosses. Got no effect whatsoever.
I try these doses laying down on my back before I go to bed in a dark room. I put my in ear iPhone 5 EarPods and listen to the dose, or I use my over ear headphones and I listen to the whole thing. Other than getting this really weird buzzing sound in my ear after I take my earphones out, that's all I got. I do have condition, but I haven't tried it before any doses as it is a very big dose. Do you think it will help me? I have read all around the forums for answers in every section. I have researched and tried meditating before I even found out about I-Dosing so I have a good knowledge about Chakras etc and meditation. I have tried weed in real life as well if that helps... But I really need a way for it to work. I have even tried the very very strong doses and still nothing. Help me?

Well, welcome to the experience (or lack of, as it happens to seem in your case). It is unfortunate the sessions do not work for you. However, remember there is no guarantee any of the sessions will work, nor does the company make any claims regarding specific effects. That being said, I disagree with the statement that there are people that are insusceptible to BWE. I believe there are conditions that will function for a specific individual. My research as a student of neuroscience has supported this.
Anyways, the first thing you might want to invest in are some good quality headphones. Next, try installing pure sessions. These sessions cover a pure range specific to the five basic states of dominant brainwave activity. These ranges are, in order from lowest to highest, Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. There are other ranges that fall into these ranges (ie. Epsilon, Mu) and they have their own unique effects as well, but for simplicity and practicality, the basic five are sufficient. Download these as well as the you choose session, and I encourage you to listen to the whole session to get all of the effects. You Choose is unique in that it gradually increases in frequency and crosses all of these states. It is my advice for the best training tool.
Do these things and get results. Also, practice incessantly. It will yield you the greatest return you can get.

Thank you for your reply, Okay I got the pure doses, but I'm not sure what to do with them. Do I just queue them all after each other?? I'm really confused as I read that a dose like alpha only puts your brain into that certain Hz, as in an REM state etc. it's not really an effect but a deep relaxation. Could you tell me how to properly line up the doses?

Listen to beta first. It is the closest thing to normal activity in the brain. Practice that, and slowly work your way down from beta to alpha, to theta, and finally delta. From there, practice all of those, and when you get the hang of dropping your brainwaves, try raising them with gamma. If you were to research the specific frequencies of these ranges, everybody has a different answer. I like to keep it simple, with delta being 0.1 to 5 hertz, theta frome 5-8 hertz, alpha from 8-12 hertz, beta from 12-20 hertz, and gamma from 20-44 hertz. Binaurally, you can only produce a noticeable tone up to 30 hertz for most people, give or take a few hertz for each person. Luckily, most effects associated with above 30 hertz activity is poorly documented, but the effects that have been documented are the same or similar effects as frequencies of a lower octave, meaning a lower frequency can be used for the same effect, which makes binaurals practical.
When you have gotten a decent experience with the pure sessions and you want to practice all the frequency ranges evenly, use you choose. Despite what the company says, I find it is best used for the whole hour. After all, you are using it for training. The instructions given on the dose description are in place under the assumption that you are currently susceptible. For training, things are a little different. It takes a lot of dedication if you are having trouble, and simply trying it a few times and making a decision is insufficient.even with a lot of practice, I still feel different effects here and there from the same frequencies.
