Is this a good idea, or will I end up tripping for days doing this? Or will it work at all?
If I were to convert a dose to mp3, and listen to it overnight, on repeat, will I feel the effects in the morning?
Will the effects last longer if I listen to it for a whole night, ect ect?

when you convert the files to mp3 they lose what makes them work...the soundwaves that change brain waves dont get converted over to mp3...
Summarized. It looses too much quality, which thus looses the effects.

.Mp3s are a compressed format. converting it to mp3s will make it lose some of its sounds an frequencies, this cause it to LOSE some of its effect.
