I've got a silly question, I notice that I keep falling asleep during the more recreational doses, even nitrous gets me tired, well if I take a sleeping dose, do I have to stay awake during the whole dose or is it okay to sleep during it?

This refers to doses such as lucid dreaming, not sleeping angel, as sleeping angel just intends to make you sleep anyways.
